Generally yes. If alcohol is more than 30 percent of gross receipts for on premise consumption, some restrictions may apply. We confirm your setup.

How much does the license cost?

The original application is 125 dollars, additional locations are 50 dollars each, and renewal is 15 dollars. Adding an officer is 25 dollars.

Is the license transferable?

No. A Texas Lottery Ticket Sales License is non transferable. A new owner must apply under their own tax ID.

How long does approval take?
