The permit lets you serve spirits to registered members and their guests in a dry or restricted area. Members collectively own the inventory through a pool system, and the club charges service fees rather than making direct retail sales. Guests may attend for up to three days without permanent membership.

What You Need
- A separate legal entity, either a non profit corporation or an unincorporated association
- A membership committee of at least three members who are not employees, with written minutes and a current roster
- A minimum of 50 members from the same county, or 100 members from the county plus adjacent counties
- Signage showing service is limited to members and guests, and staff at least 18 years of age for alcohol service

Do I need a Food and Beverage Certificate?

Can a private club sell alcohol to go?
