How are Mixed Beverage taxes calculated?

Mixed Beverage holders pay a Mixed Beverage Gross Receipts Tax of 6.7 percent and a Mixed Beverage Sales Tax of 8.25 percent, which together total 14.95 percent on alcohol sales. We explain the full picture during your consultation.

Do I need a bond for a Mixed Beverage Permit?

In most cases yes. A conduct surety bond is required unless a Food and Beverage Certificate exempts you. We issue and file the bond for you in house.
